Santa Rosa Home Gets Updated Look After Severe Water Damage

The roof of this Santa Rosa house received roof damage from a hurricane that resulted in a total of three floors of water damage inside the home. SERVPRO technicians needed to perform a controlled demo on the deteriorated sheetrock that wicked water on both walls and ceilings. Much of the flooring also required disposal. As the Before Photo shows, the rooms were stripped down to the framework with even the insulation getting removed. Once the home was dry, the homeowner contracted with SERVPRO for the rebuild. Turning a bad situation into a positive one, the homeowner chose to update the look of their home with new flooring, paint palette colors on the walls, and repaired electrical and plumbing throughout the property done by the techs.
